Take Action now.

Take action and do something of benefit now: Short moments of relaxing body and mind repeated many times during YOUR day, allowing EVERYTHING in your experience to SIMPLY be AS IT IS without engaging in the habit of applying descriptions—this allows oneself to DISCERN and RESPOND from WISDOM, NOT REACT from our POINTS OF VIEW. Test it. It works. It's radical. It's innate. It's immediate. It is LOVE itself. You have to want it. There is a support system to get used to it at and it is FREE.
