Relax

It doesn't matter what you're thinking about. It doesnt matter what is "going on." It makes no difference if you are having all kinds of sensations or emotions. It doesn't matter what ideas you have about the basic state. Everything is completely fine as it is. Give yourself a break, relax when you remember to. Repeat resting many times. No need to do anything else. Benefit is in the relief you feel by no longer trying to manage and control points of view.
