Entirely present

The fundamental condition of being human is entirely present and inherently simple. It is simply missed because of the busyness and involvement in taking point of view to be real. Allowing point of view to guide our actions can have a trickle-down effect to everyone around us, including ourselves. This is where suffering is.

To have compassion for oneself and allow a short moment of rest, we gain confidence in a stability and well-being that never changes no matter what is arising. We open ourselves naturally to a way of relating that is inclusive, beneficial, and free of reference points –all in one short moment of rest.
