Pervasive well-being

Recognizing the basic state of awareness as your true identity does not mean that thoughts, feelings and circumstances go away or that you experience being happy all of the time.

Pervasive well-being within all thoughts, feelings, emotions and circumstances is true happiness, contentment and stability no matter what is coming down.

Pervasive well-being in anger
Pervasive well-being in sadness
Pervasive well-being in happiness
Pervasive well-being in physical pain
Pervasive well-being in stress
Pervasive well-being in anxiety
Pervasive well-being in irritation
Pervasive well-being in interesting experiences
Pervasive well-being in point of view.

The only way to know this, is in the instinct of recognition of the basic state of awareness. Short moments of rest repeated many times become automatic.
